  • Question #1 : How do I register for a FREE New account?

    Answer #1: Easy.  First, go to the Top of the menu(Home page) and click on the "My Account" tab.  Then, register under "New Customers" and type in your information.  Now, if you wish to receive occasional emails from our store. You may do so at any time. Just check mark(√) in the small box at the bottom of the registration page.

  • Question #2:  Does your store have a Return Policy, a Terms&Conditions page and a Privacy Policy?

    Answer #2:  YES.  You may click on top menuof the store's Home page and click on the tab correxponding to the particular page.

  • Question #3: How do I know what is Shipping rate of the store?

    Answer #3:  Sure.  It is clearly stated in our Home page.  Just look for the paragraph under Shipping/Handling and Insurance.

  • Question #4:  Is it necessary to read the store's "Terms&Conditions" first?

    Answer #4:  Yes. The reason that we have placed this Policy, it is because we want every customer to trust our store.  Also, because, it is convenient to you.

  • Question #5:  Does your store offer any discounts?

    Answer #5: Yes. Our store offers a 10% discount on all the items in the store.  But a 15% is offered if the customer's purchase is of $75 or more.

  • Question #6:  How can I contact the store's owner or manager?

    Answer #6: Simply. Just go to the top menu and click on the "Contact Us" tab.

  • Question #7:  Does your store offer any discount coupons?

    Answer #7: Yes, we do.  But these coupon can only be used within the online store and cannot be used with any other offers.

  • Question #8:  Which payment options does your store have?

    Answer #8: At the moment the only two payments options are PayPal and Money Orders.  We do not accept Personal checks.  We do, however we will be accepting Credit cards but not at this time.  We do appologize for any inconvenience.  Thank you!
